Equipment malfunction
Food-borne illness or other health risks related to food consumption on premises
Third party infringement claims

Loss Limitation

In no event shall our aggregate liability under these Terms exceed the amount equivalent to a full refund for any service purchased, unless otherwise required by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us (including our employees, contractors, agents and affiliates), our successors and assigns from all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits or proceedings brought or threatened against them arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to losses, injuries and damages incurred by other Users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.

Termination

Either we or you may terminate your access to and use of the Services for any reason, including but not limited to:

Any unauthorized action by you that affects other patrons' experience

These Terms constitute your entire understanding with us regarding use of the Services and supersedes all prior agreements (written and oral), understandings between you and us on any matter related to our services, including but not limited to those discussed during visits or communications through any means.

By continuing to access, use or participate in our Services after being notified that these Terms are updated or changed, the User acknowledges acceptance of such revisions.
